Stanford I.D. Cards
The identification (I.D.) cards on the Stanford campus are picture I.D.s with magnetic strips. You can get your new Stanford I.D. card at :

Bring a photo I.D. such as a driver's license or passport to obtain your Stanford photo I.D. You must be registered in order to get an I.D. card. Your department administrator can tell you when the appointment process is complete and you are registered. Please inform them that you are a Postdoctoral Scholar in order to receive the appropriate type of card. The card will say "Postdoctoral Scholar."
