Services Overview
The Children's Home Pharmacy prepares medications and provides personalized education and training on medications and how to administer them. We work closely with your child's physician to ensure a smooth, safe transition from the hospital or clinic to your child's home.
After Hours
A pharmacist is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for emergencies. Please contact the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford operator at (650) 497-8000 and ask for the Children's Home Pharmacy pharmacist on call.
