Parent Facility: The Sonora Clinic is part of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.

Veterans are strongly encouraged to call first 1-800-455-0057 (select #4) to speak to an Advice Nurse for any medical concerns.

Clinic sites do not have walk-in appointments available.

Driving Directions:
Directions from Hwy 108 (east): Take Mono Way exit. Turn right on Mono Way and proceed past the intersection of Tuolumne Rd. The clinic will be on the right.

Directions from Hwy 108 (west): Take Sonora Pass Hwy for 4.3 mi and merge onto CA-108 West for 3.1 mi. Then merge onto Mono Way until you pass Junction Shopping Center. The clinic will be on the left.
