About Dr. Peavey:
Dr. Peavey has a Ph.D. in Parasitology from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.S. in Pathobiology from the University of Washington. She has worked in Vector Control since 1995 with experience in both research and Special District Management. She has developed surveillance and control programs for mosquitoes, ticks, fleas and the diseases transmitted by these vectors.
