2015 - 2016 Graduate Research Assistants
The MINIMUM salary for a 50% Research Assistantship appointment in 2015-16 will be $8,886 per quarter. Appointments of less than 50% FTE should be pro-rated. Stanford University does not set a maximum salary for Research Assistants.
2015 - 2016 Graduate Teaching Assistants
The following are the MINIMUM Teaching Assistant salaries for a 50% appointment for the 2015-16 academic year. The minimum salary for appointments of less than 50% should be pro-rated.

2014 - 2015 Minimum Salary Rates for RA/TA Appointments
The adjustments announced here set the minimum salaries for Research and Teaching Assistant at a level that takes into consideration their projected non-tuition expenses.
2014 - 2015 Graduate Research Assistants
The MINIMUM salary for a 50% Research Assistantship appointment in 2014-15 will be $8,542 per quarter. The minimum rate applies to summer quarter, as well as the academic year. Appointments of less than 50% FTE should be pro-rated. Stanford University does not set a maximum salary for Research Assistants.
2014 - 2015 Graduate Teaching Assistants
The following are the MINIMUM Teaching Assistant salaries for a 50% appointment for the 2014-15 academic year. The minimum salary for appointments of less than 50% should be pro-rated.
