Introducing MyAxess for Faculty

Managing your academic life at Stanford got a little easier last fall. The new MyAxess tab was rolled out to faculty, teaching assistants, and course instructors in September 2014. Read on to learn more about the release.

MyAxess is an interactive homepage built just for you. Summarizing your frequently-used and time-sensitive Axess features, MyAxess is your one-stop destination for managing your course and academic-related information.

 

With MyAxess, you can:

Manage your action items.

View your course information including student roster, exam schedule, and grading status.

Review your Stanford employment information.

Keep up to date on university announcements.

See your personalized Stanford calendar, which combines the Stanford academic calendar with your course and exam schedules.

Launch other frequently visited Stanford sites.

Now optimized for mobile devices!

MyAxess is the first section of the Axess portal optimized for mobile devices. After you login to the Axess portal from any device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), the homepage will scale to fit your screen as shown below.

Is the Axess Teaching section still there?

If you prefer using the old Axess Teaching section, it is still available to manage your academic and course-related information. Click on the Teaching tab in the upper menu to go to the Teaching section.
