Introducing the Employee Center

The new Employee Center will be rolled out to Stanford staff in Axess starting in August 2015. With a fresh new look and feel, the Employee Center makes it easy for staff to quickly access their favorite portal features. Read on to learn more about the release and how it will benefit you.

 

With the new Employee Center, you can:

View your leave balance including available Vacation hours, Sick leave, and Personal Time Off (PTO).

Edit your timesheet and view its submission status.

Review your pay information including your direct deposit status and withholding allowances.

See your tax information and W-2 electronic delivery consent status.

Manage your personal information.

Access Stanford Sweeteners— internal perks, rewards, and benefits available to the Stanford employee and retiree community.

Launch other important employee resources including MyBenefits and the Cardinal at Work website.

Now Optimized for Mobile Devices!

The new Employee Center has been optimized for mobile devices. After you login to the Axess portal from any device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), the Employee Center will scale to fit your screen as shown below.
