How To:  Reconcile a Disputed Travel Card (TCard) Charge

Before You Start

A disputed credit card transaction can be reconciled in the Expense Requests system for one of three reasons:

  • The disputed transaction is legitimate (end the dispute).
  • A credit transaction is received that is an exact match (amount and merchant) to the disputed transaction.
  • A credit transaction is received that is a partial credit for the disputed transaction.
