The Gardens of the Righteous (رياض الصالحين), pronounced Riyadh as-Salihin in the original Arabic, is a compilation of verses from the Qur'an and hadith by Al-Nawawi.
Description[edit]
It contains a total of 680 hadith divided across 372 chapters, many of which are introduced by verses of the Quran. Almost all of the hadith in Riyadh as-Saaliheen are authentic.,[1] it contains most of the strong hadith from Al-Bukhari and Muslim and is well regarded by the scholars of hadith.
Explanation[edit]
Books of commentary on the hadith in Riyadh as-Saaliheen have been written, including the most recent, by Muhammad ibn al Uthaymeen d. 1421H.[2]
