The activation process for Mobile Devices have changed. Equipment that is purchased with new numbers will be active out-of-the box.

You will be able to turn on your device and proceed with the initial set-up. Please make sure you carefully review the activation letter for new Mobile Devices that is attached to your shipping confirmation email.  For all upgrades and replacement devices you will still need to call 5-HELP opt 2, opt 1 to activate.

Upgrade/Replacement Fee: AT&T has increased the Upgrade Fee as of August 2015 to $45.00

AT&T Buyers Remorse: Cancel service or return/exchange equipment (cell phone, iPad, data cards) for a full refund, less any applicable restocking fee, within 30 days of ship date.

Insurance: As of September 25th, 2015 AppleCare + pricing for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus has changed.

AppleCare+ for iPhone 6s and 6s Plus $129.00, Service Fee $99.00

AppleCare+ for iPhone 6 and earlier models $99.00, Service Fee $79.00

A reminder AppleCare+ can be purchased when ordering  all AT&T Sprint  & Verizon devices through OrderIT.
