RISE AGAINST HUNGER

Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who made our Beyond the Farm project possible this year! What a great event! Together, our alumni, friends and family volunteers helped package 10,000 meals with Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world's most vulnerable populations.  

Beyond the Farm is an annual event that seeks to extend Stanford's spirit of service to communities around the world through the volunteer efforts of alumni, family and friends. With the dedication of every individual within the Universities 220,000+ strong alumni community, we can make a world of difference!  

Thank you to all that volunteered and be sure to check back to find out where the meals you packed ended up! We will post that information as soon as it's available.

Alumni Day 2018

Thank you to all who were able to join us for our Spring SOAR Mentorship Dinner on Tuesday, April 10, 2018!

The SOAR (Student Outreach to Alumni Resources) Mentorship Program was designed to foster mentorship opportunities across the Stanford Biosciences community. Alumni are a crucial part of what has made this program successful in past years and your participation helps expose current graduate students and post-doctoral scholars to a wide range of career options and pathways.

This program is co-sponsored by the Stanford Medicine Alumni Association and the Stanford Biosciences.

Thank you to everyone that could join the Stanford Medical Alumni Association at this year's annual Match Day celebration! The MD Class of 2018 and their guests joined board members, the dean of the Stanford School of Medicine, and senior administrators for a reception and dinner to celebrate students' residency matches and impending graduation from Stanford School of Medicine.
