Public Safety Accountability
You asked us to be transparent. We are sharing information on our policies, practices and programs on Public Safety Accountability. This includes data on use of force incidents, Public Safety Officer demographics and answers to questions we've heard. We hope this information enriches the dialogue around policy discussions.

We are in this together. Our community listening sessions and dialogues, have helped us better understand community concerns and informed our Diversity and Inclusion and Public Safety Accountability efforts. Together we can make our city a safe and vibrant place for everyone.

Solidarity Vigil
Date: Tuesday, Nov. 15, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Sunnyvale Community Center - Upper water fountain (550 E. Remington Drive)
Pick up posters and light candles to show Sunnyvale’s commitment to unity. Help us create a culture of belonging where all members of our diverse community feel safe, included, heard and respected.
Sunnyvale stands in solidarity with dozens of other Bay Area communities for United Against Hate Week (Nov. 13 through 19). This week reaffirms our commitment to stand against racism, bigotry and intolerance.
We will provide candles and posters or you can bring your own.
