On May 13, 2014, the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors amended Ordinance Code section A11-8 et seq. of the County of Santa Clara Ordinance Code (rev. 4/23/14), requiring that whenever any officeholder, candidate or committee is required by the California Political Reform Act (Gov. Codes,
§
81000, 84100 et seq.) to file the original of a semi-annual campaign statement, a pre-election campaign statement, an amended campaign statement, or the original of a 24-hour report, a supplemental report or a late report during an election cycle with the Registrar of Voters, it shall be filed electronically.
