Labor Distribution is an Oracle software application designed specifically to allow users to create, review, and edit Labor Schedules or create Labor Distribution Adjustments.

Gain Access to Labor Distribution for Labor Schedules

You must satisfy four requirements prior to getting access to Labor Distribution for Labor Schedules.

  1. Take and pass an online test
  2. The online test component of the Understanding Cost Policy (DOR-1101) course is required. Prior to taking the online test, we recommend that you:
    • Attend instructor-led classroom training (as offered), or
    • Review the web-based training course
    When you complete and submit the online test, results will be posted to the Authority Manager application.
  3. Complete Labor Schedules training
  4. The instructor-led course Labor Schedules (FIN-0510) is required.
    When you complete the class, results will be immediately posted to the Authority Manager application.
  5. Receive self-service privilege "LD Labor Scheduler Update" in Authority Manager
  6. Upon completion of training, forward your STARS completion notification to your Department Financial Administrator. He/she will grant you the "LD Labor Scheduler Update" self-service privilege using the Authority Manager application.
  7. Sign an Online Confidentiality Agreement

  8. Enroll in and complete the online Financial Confidentiality Agreement in STARS (FIN-PROG-0010)

Privileges assigned in Authority Manager pass to Oracle Financials through an interface three times an hour. Wait until the next day after completing the training for the responsibility to be effective in Oracle Financials.

You must satisfy four requirements prior to getting access to Labor Distribution for Labor Distribution Adjustments.

  1. Take and pass an online test

  6. Upon completion of training, forward your STARS completion notification to your Department Financial Administrator. He/she will grant you the "LD Distribution Adjuster" self-service privilege using the Authority Manager application.
  7. Sign an Online Confidentiality Agreement

  8. Enroll in and complete the online Financial Confidentiality Agreement in STARS (FIN-PROG-0010)
