Now, you—or any Stanford Travel Arranger whom you designate—can take advantage of the conveniences of arranging all your travel needs, while knowing that all the details are taken care of in conformance with Stanford policies. Working with Orbitz for Business, Stanford Travel enables the booking of air, hotel and car rentals all in one place.

All active Stanford faculty and staff have log-in access to Stanford Travel. All you need to do is sign in with your SUNet ID to update your Orbitz for Business profile. You can add information about your loyalty programs, designate your Stanford Travel Arrangers (you can designate as many as you like), list your travel preferences, and a lot more.

Stanford Travel provides 24/7 live support, on-the-go travel alerts, and Stanford-negotiated discounted rates for all aspects of your travel.
