PaloAlto311 is a
multi-platform solution for providing Palo Alto residents, businesses, and visitors access
to a set of local government-provided services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

With this new smartphone app, service requests such as reporting street issues are easily submitted by completing a short description of the request. A picture of the issue can be included in order to provide additional details. The app will automatically know the issue location* and the chosen request type will ensure that the issue is sent to the appropriate department at the City. The submitter and subsequent “followers” will be able to track the request all the way through its resolution right from the phone.

*Please note that GPS and location services must be enabled on your device. Performance will vary between devices.  Drag the pinpoint or map to refine the location.

Alternatively, requests can be submitted and tracked from this web site by clicking on the Make a Service Request link under the Explore section to the left.  The same functionality can be found on the submit page including pin-pointing the issue to the specific location by dragging and dropping on the map, adding a photo from your gallery and marking the request private when the nature of the request is sensitive.

Start today by going to your device’s app store, search for PaloAlto311, download and install. Or if you are reading this from your smart phone, follow the appropriate link below:
