Starting October 1, 2015, CNA Insurance Company discontinued LTC coverage and is no longer Stanford’s LTC insurance provider. Stanford's new LTC insurance provider, Genworth, is not making LTC insurance available to retirees. As a result, LTC coverage is no longer a benefit available to new enrollees.
If you elected LTC coverage as a retiree prior to October 1, 2015, you will continue coverage with CNA. CNA will continue to manage all LTC direct billing and customer service.
If you were enrolled in LTC as an active employee, you and any enrolled family members can continue participating in the program. Please contact CNA to continue coverage.
