We partner with Avenidas to offer monthly seminars for caregivers. You are invited to bring a bag lunch and join us for these informative seminars.
Monthly Caregiver Seminars are located at 215 Panama St. in the training room at the Poplar modular building. We meet one Tuesday a month from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Seminars are led by Avenidas staff and guest speakers. Please RSVP to let us know you're coming!
All seminars are BeWell berry eligible. In order to receive your berry, please print, fill out and bring this form to the event. The form must be received by BeWell by the end of the week following the event in order for your berry to be awarded.
