Should you require assistance, including requesting a temporary disability parking permit, please complete a Special Needs Request Form by May 27, 2016.

Students:

If you need an accommodation to participate in any Commencement activity, such as special seating, captioning services, sign language interpreters, programs in large print or braille, please contact the Diversity & Access Office at (650) 725-0326 or disability.access@stanford.edu. Requests for accommodations should be submitted by May 27, 2016.

Families and Guests:

A variety of resources are available for families and guests with special needs, including close parking to venues, golf cart shuttles (Baccalaureate and President’s Reception ONLY), and designated seating areas. Parking, Transportation & Additional Accomodations

If you have a state-issued (any state) disability parking placard or plate, you may park in the following spaces on campus:

·      Designated blue disability parking spaces

·      Service vehicle spaces (a posted time limit may apply)

·      Commuter (“A” or “C”) and residential permit spaces

·      Metered spaces (please note some visitor spaces require payment and will be posted accordingly)
