ExploreDegrees 2015-16 Editor Guide

The guide is restricted to Stanford faculty and staff.  

Note that we have not updated this help section to reflect changes for version 3.5, though the changes are not significant in terms of editing. Latest information is available within Courseleaf by clicking on the vendor's help icon.

Issues

If you need to add an editor or have a style or format problem, or a feature request, or policy question or help request regarding the 2015-16 ExploreDegrees please fill out our:

• Issues Reporting Form

This creates a to-do list for the Bulletin staff, and the vendor if applicable, that is much easier to process than via email. We will email you a note when the fix has been done.

UG Majors Unit Changes

If you have changes to the Undergraduate Majors Unit Chart, please fill in this form. Note that we will send out a request for this info in mid-July.

Additional Help

Training and Work-together Sessions

Ten training and work together sessions were held in Birch Lab A or B (click for map), for the 2015-16 Bulletin. New sessions will be held next year. Departments with new staff who may need to edit Bulletin copy before the next cycle should contact the Bulletin office.
