STEPS TO REGISTER
- Get approval to participate in Bing Honors College from your department or program.
- Determine if you are a residential or day student.
- Read the Bing Honors College Commitment carefully before you start filling out your information. If you need to make a change after you’ve submitted the form, you will need to re-enter all your information and click SUBMIT again; we will use the information from your most recent entry. Fill the form out completely and click SUBMIT.

May 22 , 2015, 5 p.m.: Student Registration Form Deadline
June 11, 2015: Withdraw Deadline
Financial Aid
For students with demonstrated financial need, summertime earnings replacement funds are also available. Contact the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@stanford.edu. They will work with you to determine how loans or grants may be used to offset your lost earnings.
WITHDRAW PROCESS
Notify us at binghonorscollege@stanford.edu and also notify your department. Students withdrawing from this program after the Withdraw Deadline will be charged a withdrawal fee of $300 on their University bill. Exceptions due to illness require a doctor’s letter in order to waive the withdrawal fee. In other circumstances students must work with Hume Center director Julia Bleakney (bleakney@stanford.edu) to discuss having the fee reduced or waived.
