Extend Your Stay on a Quarter length program
BOSP offers exciting opportunities to extend your stay in a program overseas to a second or third quarter depending on the program and quarter! To request an extension from Winter to Spring Quarter 2015-16, you must complete, e-sign and submit the Extension Request Form for the appropriate year (below). Any extension requested prior to the first application round for the quarter the extension takes place in will be given priority. Any extension request after this cannot be guaranteed.
To request an extension from Spring to Summer 2015-16, log in to the BOSP Application System, go to the steps associated with your application, and click the Extension Request button to submit your Extension Request.
Withdraw from a Program
In the unfortunate event that you must withdraw from the program, log in to the BOSP Application System, go to the steps associated with your application, and click the Withdraw button to submit your withdrawal notification. Please refer to your BOSP Participation Agreement for withdrawal deadlines. It is important that you read this information carefully and consider that withdrawing from the program may have financial consequences.
Withdraw from a Program Waitlist
You may remain on a waitlist as long as wish without any financial committment. If your plans change and you do not wish to remain on the waitlist, log in to the BOSP Application System, go to the steps associated with your application, and click the Withdraw button to submit your withdrawal notification.
