Enrolling After Axess Opens

After instructors select students, IntroSems will enroll accepted students into their courses. This automatic enrollment will occur provided that doing so (1) will not exceed the maximum unit load for a quarter's study list, and/or (2) there are no restricting HOLDS on your record. You may drop courses that do not fit in your schedule. Applicants of the "Accepted" or "Waitlist" statuses have priority permission to enroll before the course is available to non-applicant enrollment.

ENROLLING WITHOUT APPLYING

  • During the AXESS study list creation period, Introductory Seminars with available space will be opened for students to self-enroll.

  • After the first week of instruction, seminars that are not restricted (e.g., Write 2) may be released for self-enrollment. Check the Open For Enrollment list.*

  • If you are enrolling in more than one Introductory Seminar in a quarter, you are advised to speak with your Academic Advising Director or Pre-Major Advisor about your study list.

*IntroSems recommends that students contact the instructor by email OR attend the first class meeting.
