****VTA has posted Addendum Number 4 on 05/02/16. The change is as follows:
1) VTA has corrected the Manufacturer's Part Number for VTA Item Number 114320 as follows:
USSC Part Number 9904-100001-007 has been replaced with USSC Part Number 9904-000025-004 for the Belt ASM 3 Point Driver Seat.
2) Please download the revised Bid Sheet 1-B, Attachment 1 Rev.2 May 2, 2016.
***VTA has posted Addendum Number 3 on 04/19/16. The change is as follows:
1) VTA has the approved the following alternative equal parts:
-Mohawk Part Number 82-16350-000 for VTA Part Number 100298
-Mohark Part Number 9903-080110-055 for VTA Part Number 31021.
2) Please download the revised Bid Sheet 1-B, Attachment 1, Rev.1, April 19, 2016 and enter the proposed manufacturer name, manufacturer part#, extended term discount and bid item cost for items that your company is bidding on.
**VTA has posted Addendum Number 2 on 04/01/16 to extend the Alternate Product Sample and Required Document submission due date to April 13, 2016 by 5:00 PM P.T. Please remember that each alternate product sample and required document submission for VTA approval must be clearly marked with brand name, make or model number with the item number they are proposed to replace on the Bid Sheet.
The deadline to submit bids for the Upholstery Shop Parts Solicitation is changed to 2:00 PM P.T. on Friday, May 20, 2016.

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide upholstery shop parts.
Parties interested in obtaining a copy of the Contract Documents including instructions and specifications may do so by accessing the VTA website at www.VTA.org (click on “About Us” then “Procurement”). All interested parties are asked to register on the website so they may be automatically notified of any changes to the IFB document.
Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. P.T., Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Purchasing Office at 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose, California 95134-1906. |
