The CAD/AVL Replacement Project is to furnish, install, and commission a turn-key, integrated system to support the operations of VTA, replacing the existing system that has reached the end of its serviceable life. In addition to the design and installation of the System, the Project scope of work includes all testing, training, documentation, warranties, and maintenance required to achieve system acceptance and operation as outlined in this RFP. An MS Word version of Attachment C is also attached for your convenience. Parties interested in obtaining a copy of Proposal document including instructions and specifications may be obtained by accessing the VTA website at www.VTA.org (click on About Us > Procurement > “register now” > enter your email address) or by contacting Ross Nakamatsu at, email: ross.nakamatsu@vta.org. All interested parties are asked to register on the website so they may automatically be notified of any changes to the RFP document. Sealed proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Procurement and Contracts Office at 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose, California 95134-1906.
