INVITATION FOR BIDS for COUPLER OVERHAUL KITS IFB P15083
Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide COUPLER OVERHAUL KITS.
Parties interested in obtaining a copy of the Contract Documents including instructions and specifications may do so by accessing the VTA website at www.VTA.org (click on “About Us” then “Procurement”) or by contacting Kathy Higuchi at (408) 321-5843 or email: kathy.higuchi@vta.org. All interested parties are asked to register on the website so they may be automatically notified of any changes to the IFB document.
A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for September 17, 2015 at 11:00 am P.T. at the following address: Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose, California 95134-1906. Attendance at the Pre-Bid conference is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Attendance may be in person or via teleconference. Email the buyer listed above to register as a teleconference attendee no later than 2:00 pm P.T. on September 16, 2015.
Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. P.T., Thursday, October 8, 2015, at the Purchasing Office at 3331 North First Street, Building A, San Jose, California 95134-1906. |
