Reunion 2012 Highlights

The Graduate School of Education, alongside the John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities, the Graduate School of Business and the Haas Center for Public Service, hosted a centennial celebration in honor of the birth of John W. Gardner BA ‘35, ‘36 (1912-2012), citizen, statesman and teacher, on October 6, 2012 at the CEMEX Auditorium. Over 400 Graduate School of Education and other Stanford alumni from around the globe attended this inspiring gathering of thought leaders featuring:

Marc Freedman, Founder and CEO, Civic Ventures

Milbrey McLaughlin, David Jacks Professor of Education, Emeritus and Founding Director, John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities

Senator Timothy Wirth, President of the United Nations Foundation and the Better World Fund

Moderated by Robert L. Joss, Philip H. Knight Professor and Dean, Emeritus, Stanford Graduate School of Business
