This scholarship program has provided means for Stanford students to continue study in applied music.  There are over 100 awards granted each quarter, in support of music practice.

***THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR WINTER QUARTER IS NOW CLOSED. WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO REVIEW ADDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIP REQUESTS AT THIS TIME.***

Scholarship forms are always available on the first day of a quarter, and are due by the Final Study List Deadline (Friday of Week 3 by 5pm).

By filling out the scholarship form, the Friends of Music assume that you are in need of aid. Everyone who submits a scholarship request will receive some amount of funding. Please wait to request aid until you have been successfully admitted into a lesson studio.

If you are requesting funding for more than one lesson studio per quarter, please fill out multiple forms. Do not submit multiple instruments on the same form.
