Although Dr. Chen is a newer dermatologist, I have every confidence that switching to her from my former derm doctor was a good decision.

Dr. Chen was very considerate and attentive. I contacted her directly through email trying to see if I can get an earlier appointment with her and she asked her nurse to help schedule it the earliest possible. She paid a lot of attention to details when explaining to me the skin decease I have and treatment options as well as pros and cons analysis of the options. He listened carefully to me about the history and treatment I am interested in. He was open to try new treatment with me. Great experience working with her.

Well beyond my expectations. I actually left another provider in favor of Stanford Dermatology Care. I recommend Stanford Clinics and Hospital to anyone that might ask. Stanford is 150 miles, one way, from my home, and well worth the time, in my opinion.

Dr. Jennifer Chen was wonderful. She was extremely attentive to what I had to say and gave me all the time to explain myself. Afterwards, she explained back to me what I needed to know to understand my condition. I wish she was my primary care doctor as she is exactly what I wish for in a doctor. She was excellent!

I have a minor issue that is recurring and the provider provided basic information, I had already tried. she did not address the issue again. this is a new issue for me but i am very well versed in otc treatments because of my history. (althele with athletes foot)
