San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Earns Prestigious Professional Award 
The Regional Wastewater Facility Capital Improvement Program received an Achievement Award for Organizational Excellence from the California Association of Sanitation Agencies. The award recognizes the RWF for its managerial excellence during the startup phase and validation stage of the 10-year $1.5 billion improvement program, the first part of an overall $2.1 
billion plan over the next three decades. The RWF’s CIP is the largest current public works program in the South Bay.
