At a fraction of the cost that external recruitment services charge, our fees provide unmatched in-house expertise to ensure we find the highest-quality candidates with the right skills for the job and ensure your next hire will be successful at Stanford.

Regular staff: Other fee
Ad-hoc skills-based testing      $275

contingent/temporary staff: Recruitment Services and fees*

Full-service recruitment and hiring for administrative assignments:

  • Recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume reviews, phone screens, written screens and MS Office screening.
  • Hiring: Background check, reference checks, payroll processing, SUNet ID creation, assignment letter, labor schedule creation, and a 30-minute onboarding session including I-9 completion.
  • Assignment extensions
  • Off-boarding
  • Training: Selected candidate may attend a two-day training program on Oracle financials hosted by StanfordTemps (additional fees may apply). The training program has been quite successful with the majority of trainees placed in an assignment and several of those converted into a continuing role.
 $649 (one-time fee upon placement - no markup on the hourly rate)

Full-service recruitment and hiring for professional or technical assignments:

  • Recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume reviews, phone screens, written screens and MS Office screening (if applicable).
  • Hiring: Background check, reference checks, payroll processing, SUNet ID creation, assignment letter, labor schedule creation, and a 30-minute onboarding session including I-9 completion.
  • Assignment extensions

 $1,298 (one-time fee upon placement - no markup on the hourly rate)

Payroll service for a candidate you identified:

  • Hiring: Background check, payroll processing, SUNet ID creation, assignment letter, labor schedule creation, and a 30-minute onboarding session including I-9 completion.
 $399 (one-time fee)

* If a candidate sourced by StanfordTemps is hired into a benefits-eligible position, a conversion fee of 8% of the annual salary applies.
