Printer Recommendations

School of Medicine IRT recommends these printers based on several guiding principles including total cost of ownership, compatibility, supportability, print speed, and Energy Star standards. Workgroup Sizes

Based on the number of users, select from the different workgroup sizes. While workgroup size is a way for categorizing each printer, School of Medicine IRT recommends selecting a higher model capable of handling larger print volume if your group has a higher than average printing need.

  • Small Workgroup - up to 5 users
  • Medium Workgroup - up to 15 users
