New way to search in "Stanford view"
12/3/12. On December 11, a new Stanford Login Selection screen was introduced when searching in the restricted, Stanford-only view of StanfordWho. This enhancement provided a unified resource for faculty and staff directory information across the University and Stanford University Medical Center (SUMC) including SHC, LPCH, and the School of Medicine. Note that the department (organizational) data in StanfordWho is currently obtainable only for University schools and departments.

The "inter-entity" technology behind the new Stanford view may be extended in future to include other organizations affiliated with the University. Future enhancements include making the information available in Outlook for SUMC, and the addition of organization (department) data.
