Room Scheduling

The Clark Center seminar rooms and Auditorium are available to be booked by all of Stanford, for events a maximum of three months from the date we receive the request.

Residents of the Clark Center with a Clark Center PI as their event sponsor may book seminar rooms, the Auditorium, and the building conference rooms a maximum of one year from the date we receive the request.

Please browse our rooms and check their availability before submitting a request. We ask for one full business day to process requests, which will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Update 1/18/2017: After March 31st, 2017, Clark Center conference rooms will no longer support analog conference phones. If you are planning to do phone conferencing in a Clark Center room, you will need to bring a VoIP conference phone.

  • Seminar Room S363

    S363 is located in the seminar area on the 3rd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, accessible by going through Peet's Coffee.  It is available for lectures, meetings, presentations, and seminars and can accommodate a maximum of 25 people with classroom-style seating (individual chairs with desktops).

  • Seminar Room S362

    S362 is located in the seminar area on the 3rd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, accessible by going through Peet's Coffee.  It is available for lectures, meetings, presentations, and seminars and can accommodate a maximum of 25 people with classroom-style seating (individual chairs with desktops).

  • Seminar Room S361

    S361 is located in the seminar area on the 3rd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, accessible by going through Peet's Coffee.  It is available for classes, courses, and instructional workshops and can accommodate a maximum of 64 people with classroom-style seating (individual chairs with desktops).

  • Seminar Room S360

    S360 is located in the seminar area on the 3rd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, accessible by going through Peet's Coffee.  It is available for lectures, meetings, presentations, and seminars and can accommodate a maximum of 74 people with classroom-style seating (individual chairs with desktops).

  • Conference Room W355

    W355 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    W355 is located on the 3rd floor of the West wing of the Clark Center, through door W3.1 and to the left.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 18 people with round-table seating.

    The Clark Center is accessible between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday.  Before or after hours or on weekends, access to the building and to the conference rooms will require a Clark Center access badge.

  • Conference Room W255

    W255 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    W255 is located on the 2nd floor of the West wing of the Clark Center, through door W2.1 and to the left.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 18 people with round-table seating.

    The Clark Center is accessible between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday.  Before or after hours or on weekends, access to the building and to the conference rooms will require a Clark Center access badge.

  • Conference Room W155

    W155 can ONLY be reserved by the Shatz and Ting labs.  The sponsor for any event held in W155 MUST be Dr. Shatz or Dr. Ting for the reservation request to be considered.

    W155 is located on the 1st floor of the West wing of the Clark Center, through door W1.1 and to the left.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 18 people with round-table seating.

  • Conference Room W080

    W080 can ONLY be reserved by the Deisseroth and Schnitzer labs.  The sponsor for any event held in W080 MUST be Dr. Deisseroth or Dr. Schnitzer for the reservation request to be considered.

    W080 is located in the basement of the West wing of the Clark Center.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 15 people with round-table seating.

  • Conference Room S222

    S222 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    S222 is located on the 2nd floor of the South wing of the Clark Center, through door S2.1 and down the hall.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 16 people with round-table seating.

    The Clark Center is accessible between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday.  Before or after hours or on weekends, access to the building and to the conference rooms will require a Clark Center access badge.

  • Conference Room E305

    E305 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    E305 is located on the 3rd floor of the East wing of the Clark Center, through door E3.3 and through the laboratory.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 20 people with round-table seating.

    You may ONLY book E305 if attendees will be escorted through the lab by an individual with Clark Center badge access who has completed the necessary safety training.

  • Conference Room E205

    E205 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    E205 is located on the 2nd floor of the East wing of the Clark Center, through door E2.3 and through the laboratory.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 20 people with round-table seating.

    You may ONLY book E205 if attendees will be escorted through the lab by an individual with Clark Center badge access who has completed the necessary safety training.

  • Conference Room E105

    E105 can ONLY be reserved by residents of the Clark Center.

    E105 is located on the 1st floor of the East wing of the Clark Center, through door E1.3 and through the laboratory.  It is available for small meetings, presentations, and other assorted events and can accommodate a maximum of 20 people with round-table seating.

    You may ONLY book E105 if attendees will be escorted through the lab by an individual with Clark Center badge access who has completed the necessary safety training.

  • Clark Center Courtyard

    The Clark Center Courtyard is located in the middle of the three wings and is the roof of the Clark Auditorium.

  • Clark Center Auditorium

    The Clark Center Auditorium is located downstairs below the Clark Center Courtyard, accessible by the courtyard staircase or by the elevators in the East wing lobby.

    It is available for lectures, presentations, seminars, and other events and can accommodate a maximum of 150 people with theater-style seating (rows of individual chairs with desktops).

    NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in the Clark Center Auditorium or the lobby space at ANY TIME.  Event speakers may have bottled water ONLY.
