Digital History Reading Group

Overview

The Digital History Reading Group is an informal cohort of graduate students that meets twice monthly. The group was formed to read and discuss works in digital history, as well as gain experience working with digital historical methods. Activities might include:

  • Presenting work-in-progress with the group
  • Reading and discussion on topics in digital history
  • Practicums on digital history skills, methods, and techniques

Eligibility

Group members are Stanford graduate students working on individual or group projects, or those simply interested in digital history. There is no application process. Those interested are free to join us at any of our bi-monthly meetings. They should join our mailing list to hear about meeting times: digital_history@lists.stanford.edu.
