Federal - State Income Tax Withholding (W-4 & DE-4 Forms) 

Complete Form W-4 so that Stanford can withhold the correct Federal income tax from your pay. Because your tax situation may change, you may want to refigure your withholding each year.

Have your paychecks directly deposited to your financial accounts.

Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 FORM)

All Stanford employees must have an active I-9 form on file. This form requires copies of your passport, and if you are an Alien, your I-94 entry card, Visa, DS-2019, etc. Read the enclosed instructions for more information.

Shell Fund Application Form (pdf)

The Shell Foundation provides funds for students who travel to present at professional meetings and conferences. Funds are limited to one time per student per academic year.

Graduate Incidental Fund Application (pdf)

The purpose of this fund is to provide an additional resource to PhD students in support of their individual research progress that a faculty advisor might not otherwise be able to provide.
