Non-Student Summer Housing 2017
Although Stanford Conferences’ main focus is on residential conferences and camps, Stanford Conferences also offers housing for non-student individuals that will be at Stanford over the summer but will not be attending a housed conference. Housing will also be available for Stanford graduate students who need temporary housing at the end of the summer. Check back in July for that information.
Housing for Non-Student Summer Visitors is available from June 24 through August 19, 2017For non-student summer visitors ages 18 and older, Stanford Conferences offers private studio apartments and small apartments or private rooms in shared apartments. The housing is located on campus within the graduate student housing apartment communities. Short-term housing is available, as well as long-term housing with a 35-night (five week) minimum stay. Before applying, you will need to download, print, sign, scan and save a liability waiver and a Policies and Services document. You will also need to upload your written proof of Stanford affiliation onto the application. Due to the shortage of housing this summer, we will not be able to confirm most reservations until mid-May, and will be unable to house visitors under the age of 18.
