Email & Calendar
Since late 2015, all new student email accounts are provisioned in Office 365. Students who already have Google email accounts, plus some schools and departments, can continue to use Gmail to access their @stanford.edu email and calendar.
Drive
Google Drive is a cloud storage service that is available to faculty, staff, and students. Google Drive is also the home of Google Docs. Access files, folders and Google Docs from a web browser or any device on which Google Drive is installed.
Other Google Apps
Faculty, staff, and students with a full-service SUNet ID are eligible for a Stanford University G Suite account. Use your account to access a suite of web-based collaboration applications
