How to Authenticate with a Phone Call for Two-Step Authentication

If you select Phone Call as your authentication method, you receive an automated phone call that requires you to press any key to confirm your identity.

The following devices support using phone callback to verify your identity:

  1. When you try to access a site that requires two-step authentication, you will be prompted to request a call to authenticate. Click Call me to authenticate.

  2. A voice call is placed to the phone selected. Answer the phone and listen to the voice prompt. Press any key on your phone to approve the login request.
