Diversity at Stanford GSB

Our Commitment

At Stanford GSB, we believe we will best enact our mission when all members of our community are able to leverage the experiences and ideas of others, embrace different viewpoints, feel that they belong, and know that their contributions are valued.

Sharing Our Vision

Senior Associate Dean Sarah A. Soule oversees diversity, equity, and inclusion at Stanford GSB. She shares the importance of these efforts in developing principled and purposeful leaders who will create lasting change in the world.

To further strengthen our long-term commitment, Lori Nishiura Mackenzie serves as the lead strategist for DEI, and will support efforts across our school and Stanford University overall.

Our Community

The importance of DEI is rooted in the values of our school, and the beliefs held by members of our vibrant and welcoming community.

We look forward to building on this strong base, learning from what has been done and how we can continue to foster a sense of inclusion and belonging going forward.

Promoting Diversity in Student Life

Many organizations at our school have long and meaningful histories of supporting the diversity of our community, and we aim to increase the equity of our community and create a more inclusive campus.
