Setting Intentions for Health and Well-Being

It’s never too late to start setting intentions to help you reach your goals. If last year has taught us anything, it is that learning to be flexible with uncertainty and focusing on the things we can control are key to our physical and mental well-being.

During this free noon webinar, we will start by differentiating between intentions and goals and learn how setting intentions can lead to immediate and long-term rewards. You will learn five steps for setting powerful intentions to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We will practice together with a common intention of eating healthier to feel more energetic and share practical strategies to shift into habits that feel purposeful and meaningful.

This webinar is only available at the scheduled date and time.

Instructors: Thea Runyan, MPH, is the co-founder of the Kurbo mobile weight management program and served as the lead behavior coach for the Pediatric Weight Control Program at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford for 15 years.
