    Federal funding is now available for Kentucky survivors in Caldwell, Fulton, Graves, Hopkins, Marshall, Muhlenberg, Taylor, & Warren counties. Additional counties may be added as we continue damage assessments. You can apply by visiting:

    Heavy mountain snow and lowland rain will overspread California and the Great Basin today and Tuesday. Heavy snow is likely across much of the terrain, accumulating to 6 feet or more in parts of the Sierra Nevada. Mountain travel may become impossible.
