Missing Person Notification

The Missing Person Notification information option is a federal requirement. This provides the university with a contact should a student ever be declared missing for 24 hours.
Anyone over 18 years of age may choose not to register a contact by clicking the box at the bottom of the form.
Remember to click "Submit" in order to fulfill the requirement and return to the Student Information Update.
