The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access in a Learning environment initiative, or IDEAL, sprang from the university's long-range vision.
The learning journey is a flexible experience for over 12,000 of us to raise our collective awareness, strengthen our skills, and help us transform our culture into one that embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, so we each feel free to be our whole selves.
