We're trotting out our very first ever protest signs, the ones we held proudly at the Essex County Tea Party and Rally last March, for Tuesday's Declaration of Independence 2.0.

"That's the thing about Conservatives. They want to win but they only want to win from the clouds above" writes friend Vanderleun in the comments to our previous post. More thoughts to the contrary in a moment, but first here's what Gerard had to say:

It seems the Tea Partiers didn't get the memo. They're "Stormin' the House," FreedomWorks' Tabitha Hale tells R.S. McCain. Mad as hell, they're taking the Declaration of Independence 2.0 to the modrin-day equivalent of King George III upon the throne, the drunk-with-power elites of Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest and Southeast. It's too late to apologize. "The People's Surge against Obamacare 2.0" will take the powers that be by storm day after tomorrow:

Please join us in DC to lobby our congressmen to VOTE NO on Obamacare 2.0. Join us Tuesday, March 16th, beginning at 9 am outside the Cannon House Office Building (Independence Ave. SE and New Jersey SE). We will be storming the three House Office Buildings: Cannon, Longworth and Rayburn. Our message is simple: VOTE NO on Obamacare 2.0 …

Please make sure that you find out where your congressmen is, and then go inside and ask his staff for a face to face meeting. Stay there as long as you have to in order to get a meeting. Ask your friends who couldn't make it to DC to call Tuesday morning to say that they support you, but that they couldn't make it themselves. This will send a powerful message to your congressman.

If you're like us a red stater behind blue-state lines in Taxachusetts and can't be in DC on Tuesday, the Greater Boston Tea Party is making it easy to air your grievances in your own back yard. Sign up for demo duty at the US Rep's office nearest you. We'll be standing up for the Shining City Upon a Hill at Edward Markey's local office, 5 High Street in Medford, between 8 and 10 Tuesday morning:

Across the US and in DC on Tuesday, there will be demonstrations against "Obamacare." Tea Party, 9/12 and Liberty groups of all shapes and sizes are coordinating this effort together.

Obama and his allies are going to try to pass healthcare reform this week, and we need to be out in force reminding our currently elected Representatives that they work for and represent us, not the Progressive movement.

Instructions - Come with signs (HONK if you oppose Obamacare!), noisemakers, friends, family and children, etc to one of the following offices on Tuesday, March 16th.  We are targeting 8AM-10AM and 4PM-6PM.  Use the link to confirm you can come.  We need a few dozen people at each venue.
