Stanford Contributory Retirement Account Auto-Enrollment Program
The Stanford Contributory Retirement Plan (SCRP) provides a matching contribution to employees after they reach their year of service. Eligible employees receive a matching contribution based on the following contribution percentages:

The auto-enrollment program allows employees to receive the maximum matching contribution when Stanford enrolls employees at the 4 percent CRA pre-tax rate on their behalf. If employees elect to contribute to TDA and/or CRA prior to their year of service date, they will not be auto enrolled. Employees may also elect to opt out of the auto enrollment program.
