Professional Advising and Consultation
Professional Advising Services: Medical and life science graduate/medical students, post docs and alumni** may make use of our 1 hour appointments with a career advisor. Speaking with an advisor in a confidential setting about your personal career concerns can help you clarify your priorities, define your goals, prepare your credentials (CV, resume, cover letter), help you organize your individualized career development and transition plan, and much more.
**Attention Alumni: At this time, and for the foreseeable future we find it necessary to limit alumni access to advisors to a maximum of a combination of a total of 3 (three) 1/2 hour in person appointments and/or phone calls. After that, you are welcome to come by for a 15 minute walk-in appointment if any remain after active trainees have signed-up. We fully appreciate how valuable our advisors are, and we are pleased that we can provide you limited access to them.
