Wellsbury Apartments are available as an  academic-year option for single graduate students and couples without children. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom units. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom units. Both options are furnished by the University.

Wellsbury Apartment Homes, located in Midtown Palo Alto, is a 30-unit complex with a sparkling pool, built in barbeque, fire pit, meandering walkways, and beautiful landscaping.  Apartment features include:  remodeled apartments, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans. Furnished by the University, each two-bedroom apartment houses two students while each one-bedroom apartment houses one couple without children.

The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout. Each apartment has one assigned one parking space. Stanford provides wireless DSL and utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.

If you are assigned to here and are interested in housing on campus, please file a reassignment request. The reassignment request form can be found within the Housing & Dining section of Axess under the tab 'Apply for Reassignment'. There is no fee to be reassigned to on-campus housing and assignments are made based on the date you submit your reassignment request.

Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
