Vaden’s Travel Clinic provides you with pre-travel consultation specific to your health history, destination, potential activities, and the health and safety issues of the destination. Our goal is to help you stay safe and healthy during your trip so you can enjoy your experience to the fullest extent. We can also help coordinate a Medical Services evaluation for travelers with self-identified risk factors and/or disease symptoms. There is a consultation fee, and immunizations are charged separately. Our services include:
- Vaccines and immunizations
- Counseling on preventive measures to reduce illness and injury
- Individualized recommendations and prevention strategies
- Antimalarial measures
- Prevention and self-treatment of traveler’s diarrhea
Staff: The clinic is staffed by nurses certified in travel health by the International Society of Travel Medicine and nurses specializing in travel health.
Hours: It’s best to schedule an appointment at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow enough time for recommended vaccinations.
