The center, established in 2003, brings an academic focus to the study of corporate governance and leadership development by:
- Teaching -- providing students with opportunities to learn about leadership frameworks, challenges, skills and development practices;
- Research -- conducting interdisciplinary research on executive leadership and corporate governance with academic and practitioner partners;
- Outreach -- assembling recognized leaders and experts to stimulate thinking and identify leadership development needs and governance practices.
